To exchange or return item/s, please review our Returns Policy below below.

OUR POLICY:

1. Must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase shown on your invoice

2. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed & tags still attached 

3. Balance Apparel is not responsible for the return shipping costs

4. No refunds for the purchase of a Balance Apparel gift card/s

In-Store: Bring your item/s in store for us to inspect. If approved, we will complete the in-store exchange or refund for you on the spot.

Online: Email balanceapparel.au@gmail.com with your request & quote your order number for reference and our team will respond within 24 hours. Note: Returns postal address - Shop 8, 157-158 Shute Harbour Rd, Cannonvale QLD 4802

Items excluded from the Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Sale/Marked Down items or items that are specified "no returns or exchanges available on this item"
  • Items that are worn, damaged or altered by you
